Eligibility for Refund
We take pride in delivering high-quality projects to our clients. However, if a client is not satisfied or changes their project plan, they may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
Advance Payment Policy
To secure our services, a 30% advance payment is required. If you cancel the project within 2 days of making the advance payment, the full amount is refundable. Please note that after 2 days, the advance payment is non-refundable.
Delivery Time & Payment
The following refund scenarios apply:
- Full Refund: If we fail to start or deliver the project as agreed upon, the client is entitled to a full refund.
- Partial Refund: If the project is cancelled after work has begun, the 25% advance payment will not be refunded. The remaining 75% will be refunded to the client.
- No Refund: If the full payment is received after successful project delivery and the client subsequently cancels the project, the entire amount is non-refundable.
